You will meet some amazing people, and they are leaving by day.

Cons

Look I worked hard here day and night. Right now (not c3) I work in a company that is 9am to 9pm and 6 days a week...but it is way better than c3. There was a lot of politics and ego. If you are an engineer who is trying to break figure out optimal solution for the team/company and needs collaboration from platform, good luck. Managers also argue and there are ego under ego (your fault, my fault)...instead of working together and fixing. issues. At my current company there is Peace and we collaborate instead of smirking at each other.
