Pros

The best office food in Silicon Valley.

Cons

Sloppy product with zero meaningful engineering work. Lower your expectations - C3 is a data analytics consulting firm, and the services-oriented business model will hinder your career opportunities for technical development.

Pros

- Get to work with extremely competent people - Interesting and engaging work - Lots of agency/leadership opportunities that will develop and challenge you - In person culture is helpful for collaboration day to day - Pay and benefits are mostly great across the board

Cons

- Turnover can lead to instability in roles. Can feel a bit chaotic as management tries to fill the holes - If you don't want to be thrown into the deep end, this isn't you you. It's not a place to coast - Limited flexibility. They are up front about this, so you know what you are signing up for. However, there are easy ways they could offer flexibility without sacrificing the positives of in-person culture

Pros

Smartest people I have ever worked with

Cons

The worst culture I have ever seen in my entire tech career. The SE position is probably one of the worst roles you can take at this company. You will be spinning your wheels trying to deliver a solution with unreasonable timelines on a platform that is unstable and incredibly frustrating to work with. Meetings about processes about meetings about processes. Working evenings and weekends is normalized; incredibly toxic. Constant re-orgs. If you care about your mental health, look elsewhere. If you want to burnout and question why you’re doing this to yourself every morning on your commute to work 5 days a week in office, join the circus.
