Pros
Good benefits, depends on department but usually supportive of flex time and some work from home. So many different divisions, some are great some are shutting down and laying off.
Cons
You are killing yourselves with the offshoring and focus on centers of excellence. For operations and development roles, do not apply in North America if you are not in one of the five key locations - everywhere else you are a layoff risk.
