Management unable to execute effectively, drastic layoffs, fear tactics, long hours and poor choices. Change the business leaders before they negatively impact customers!

Nice people to work with and the work is exciting

Cons

Layoffs every quarter, and it is disruptive to the environment and the work you are doing. Once everything settles down from one round of layoffs, the rumors about the next cuts are surfacing, and productivity diminishes.
