      Pros

      For a project manager it's a great company to work for. You get exposed to a diversity of clients ranging from Retail to Engineering. There is lots of internal support if you run into any technical or political issues.

      Cons

      CA is a major corporation. They live through mergers & acquisitions. In my case, the company was moving in another direction that didn't agree w/ my background. I was a senior player & I was replaced by several junior players. This was a management decision.

      Pros

      Many good people and decent benefits, seems to be lack of forward planning and thinking to get out of the rut.

      Cons

      Too much management to the bottom line.... Lack of trust with management and all communication flow is up the food chain. Little to no support from upper level management.
