There are holes in the company benefits programs that should not be had for a company of this size.
Very little diversity in the company in general especially at the leadership level (no internal diversity officers or team that most large corporations have).
I have never worked for an organization that was a so cheap - there is high turnover due to low pay (which is how they win contracts) - no paying for team lunches or holiday dinners - the award and recognition budget is very small for every contract - the recruiters do not have the tools needed to source for top talent largely because of the cost of the recruiting subscription costs (ie LinkedIn recruiter).
And more than anything, leadership does not take ownership; instead they just acknowledge the issue but act like their hands are tied. They need change agents in their leadership to address and correct internal corporate issues - and right now it doesn’t appear that they have those change agents onboard. Yet another reason why diversity would do the company lots of good.
