unconventional benefits plan year July-June instead of matching the calendar year - makes tax-related calculations like FSA more difficult; cog-in-a-machine mentality; "unlimited" time off policy, really just meant to push employees to work more with no option to bank or pay out unused PTO; quantity over quality when hiring/retaining for contract programs; poor business decisions on contract partners and opportunities; poor support from business development team
