      Pros

      They did take care of people when they were sick or had personal events that required additonal vacation time. I saw several senior managers donate their vacation time to ensure workers were able to deal with sickness or personal life events.

      Cons

      When you worked at the client site they kind of forgot about you. This is hard in any company, but they seemed to struggle with how to connect with the client site workers.

      mobility to other contracts if you have proven work ethic and skills

      Cons

      you are associated with your contract, if the contract is gone, you are gone unless you have skills that align with a vacant position on a different contract

      Pros

      Nice co-workers (although some are nutty) and teams who seem to work collaboratively Access to Senior Management (depends on your project I guess) Support from mid-level and senior mgmt - project specific Willingness to sponsor security clearances

      Cons

      Healthcare is very expensive with high co-pays Job may end as soon as the contract ends and not a lot of forewarning (I am told) Arbitrary Team Lead titles given out to people who appear to be incompetent and incapable of doing the job People hired because of "who they know" and not on skill or experience but paid more than those who have the knowledge (maybe they are better negotiators)
