Work environment depends on the customer location. at USAG Stuttgart the environment was extremely toxic and management was either unwilling or unable to address the abuse. Agreements in the overseas contract (and other written promises) were unilaterally changed with no recourse. USAG PMO was completely worthless in all aspects. I have never seen people get so hostile when asked to do their job Extremely high turnover of employees who haven't been institutionalized with the mistreatment and abuse. Little to flexibility in work hours. Contractors with CACI (another other defense contractors) seemed to be there to give DOD employees and AD Army someone to blame for their failures Complete inability or follow basic project management principles. After separation, corporate has been no help to fulfil CACI obligations to former employees related to overseas assignments. Many of these cons are specific to the customer site. But CACI corporate has also failed in everyway possible as far as fulfilling obligations
