      Pros

      CACI takes great pride in the work it does supporting the United States government. There were excellent managers in my group though I understand that might not be the case thoughout the company. Fair compensation. There is room in the company for those who want a career and for those that just want a job. I would be happy to work for them again.

      Cons

      The company growth stategy is based on mergers and acquisitions. This creates a disjointed corporate infrastructure. Communication between corporate to middle management and middle management to on the ground staff could be improved. However, CACI knows this is a challenge they continually try to address this issue
