      Competitive Pay Leadership Network and Classes

      Cons

      2 Weeks Vacation regardless of seniority of position Poor Health Plans & Benefits Limited Internal Courses, but offers the tuition reimbursement Contract ends & you/your Manager haven't found yourself another contract within CACI and you are gone. HR Department is disorganized.

      Pros

      For the most part as a client site employee they stay out of my hair. They have recently updated their reimbursment program to automate it and now receive payments much faster.

      Cons

      They once moved their NJ headquarters down the road to a new facility but never sent out even an email annopuncing the move. I found out by driving past it one day. They are always claiming they have no money for raises but I know what they bill me out as. They could easily pay me 1/2 of what they bill me at and trim some of the non-billable fat that sits in the new building they move into every few years.
