Friendly working environment. All employees in the company are friendly. Flexible working hours. Overall daily working hours are 8, everyone has to be in from 11am to 3pm. The rest 4 hours are worked anytime of the day. Performance based evaluation every month, involving a meeting with senior management and board of directors. Open and friendly. communication with senior management. Emerging company. As risky as this may be, it gives a chance of growing with the company. Efforts put into evolving the company are clearly and easily noticed and rewarded. Overall experience is both enjoyable and career enhancing.
