You find the true mettle of leadership during difficult times, this is where CACI deserves less than the one star rating provided. This leadership team from contract level through the senior corporate leadership appear to lack the fundamental ability to make the difficult decision, what’s worse is the specific example I am referencing from my contract has cost a large amount of employees to shoulder the burden. Attempts made to address these issues with the above stated levels of leadership have either been ignored or dismissed in order to ensure their own individual salaries are maintained, while many lower level employees go unpaid.

I felt like I got in a time machine back to the 90s. Little use of current technology (it’s there, but culturally people refuse to use it), benefits are basic at best. Very white male, very buttoned up, super conservative, very hierarchical, not at all progressive. And they sure do like it that way. Wow is all i can say.
