      Collaborative coworkers who are willing to pitch in wherever and whenever needed. Good paid time off. Flexibility.

      Infrastructure is older. Not as much cross-communication across business units/programs as I would like.

      More work than people to do it. Programs can be siloed - not much synergy/communication between the school, adult day, residential, and early intervention programs.
