Getting to work every day with a team of passionate, creative people who are driven to inspire change in an industry that has so much potential. We capture images that tell the stories of students at very important milestone moments in their life...and we get to help the school tell their story every year though the creation of a yearbook, and with amazing branding / marketing solutions.

Cons

Rapidly growing company, so if you're not prepared for growth and change, this might not be the best fit.

I just started working for Cady Studios and as a new employee I feel I am able to voice my opinion and contribute my ideas! I feel like a valued team member and my contribution matters. I love that there are areas for growth and working with talented, motivated individuals keeps a fire under my belly to constantly bring my "A" game and work on my own self development personally and professionally. I will be a better person because of this company in all aspects of my life!

Cons

Food for thought, cons are complaints that you do nothing but complain about. If you have a cons in your life you should work on finding a solution to change them.

In the three years I've been with the company, I've seen the culture shift to become more positive. In the last 18 months the company has undergone some C-Suite changes, and that caused some slight turbulence, but has ultimately put the company on a better path. I work with people from all walks of life, who each bring something unique to the table. No two days are the same. I get to capture important moments in people's lives.

Cons

It's not always easy to get time, face to face, with your manager. Hours can definitely be long. Often things can change on short notice, due to the type of clients we work with.
