Pros
I have worked in a lot of office settings, but CADY has been the best one. Inclusive and fun work environment. The CEO is always walking around talking with his employees and inquiring about what we can do to improve within the company. My supervisor is also super attentive and is always there if I need something. CADY is a big company but has a way of making you feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone as I have made lifelong friends here. The work can be difficult at times, but it has been so rewarding afterwards. I feel as though my hard work is admired and appreciated by my peers.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the fluctuating hours for field employees. We run off the school calendar year, so when school is out, we are typically slower. It is a nice break to have though.
