Pros
The ideal culture, support, communication, organization, engagement, knowledge and experience you can get at a job. Great for entry level aspiring photographers. Also a sweet place to connect with a photo/creative community. They do an awesome job at training throughly, being open and honest about the needs of the job. Very good balance between flexibility and accountability. They try to find you a place in the company doing something else that might need a fill in if you don’t end up liking the photo part.
Cons
Pay could be better for those photographers who have more experience than others. When the season ends you gotta find something else because the hours decrease if you rely on this job as your lifeline but they are always honest about it and let you know ahead of time.
