      Sometimes as a new employee it's difficult to get in the system and submit timesheets if you were hired during a busy time in the season.

      Pros

      Background: I worked there for about 3.5 years on/off throughout college as one of their Elite Photographers. If you're a young person, trying to pursue a career in photography this is a great opportunity to take advantage of. If you're older and more established in your career, maybe don't apply for an entry-level position and look towards higher management positions if you're up for it. • I was hired right out of high school as a photographer, it was a great experience. • Learned a lot about both Outdoor and Studio photography. • The experience on my resume has helped me land a lot of cool photography gigs. • Cool people to work with. • You stay busy and I think that's great- especially over the summer. • You get to meet a lot of great people.

      Cons

      • Starting pay wasn't great, but as a young photographer, the experience was worth it. • Sometimes you did have to drive pretty far for different shoots. • I noticed a lot of office "cliques" probably because everyone was so young. Just stay removed from it though and you'll be fine.

      Doing makeup on a variety of different ethnicities and allows you to be created

      Cons

      They want you to do Hair even tho it’s not listed in the description. They only use Mac makeup but have limited items so they expect you to use items from your kit. They hours are not consistent or set you can’t leave until the last kid wants makeup so if it’s 11-5 if they leave at 7 you leave at 7. They didn’t give me a key card or proper login until a month later. No set lunch schedule or direction. Sometime they have you travel between studios at the last min without compensation. They do schedule week by week so it’s hard to plan head for personal time
