Pros

CADY is a great place to work if you are looking to grow as a professional, learn valuable and transferable skills, and/or enhance your career. The CADY culture is definitely a plus, as team leads and managers are helpful and driven, and the employees are able to form friendships and mentors. This is a company where it is clear that everyone cares about their jobs and the work we are doing. If you are detail oriented, passionate, creative, willing to go the extra mile, and a team player, you will excel at this company. Being a full time employee is very rewarding, as you get paid holidays, opportunities for bonuses, overtime, and benefits. There are a number of departments where people can fit, and future position goals are cultivated and encouraged. If you express an interest in learning something new, CADY is willing to help you explore a new position in the company. Promotions are given to those who have earned them, not simply by time with the company. The company is diverse in ethnic background, education status, gender, and age. Your success depends entirely on you and how far you want to go. Other pros would be a beautiful corporate campus, company outings, HR department, full kitchen with snacks, and even an office dog or two.

Cons

Honestly, any cons for the company would be dependent on an individual's personality and work ethic. We are growing rapidly and updating/refining our processes, so someone who is not flexible or a fast learner would probably not be happy here. This business requires hard work and drive, so someone who is easily overwhelmed or is looking for a low effort position would most likely not be a good fit.

Pros

I can think of so many pros of being employed at Cady studios. The amount of fun, laughter, creativity, and happiness that comes with working at Cady is astronomical. I have also been pushed out of my comfort zone, been forced to grow exponentially, and made so many life-long friends along the way. Above all, we work for the best manager out there. Lauren Surman is fierce and powerful, but yet still the most caring, compassionate, all around incredible boss that anyone could ever wish for. She makes us all feel equally important, she never judges us, she goes above and beyond all the time and everyone that I work with would agree with me on this. Over all, I am so happy with my experience working at the Delray Beach Cady studio, and would recommend it to anyone looking for work who wants a fun and creative environment.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the constant complaint we get about our pricing, and how everything is not explained very well on the website while the families are booking their sessions. I also wish we had a larger payment plan than the five part plan, because I think a lot more sales would be made if these thousand dollar collections could be paid off over the course of say a year.

Pros

"Flexible" work schedule if you tell them what days you need off.

Cons

There are long hours at certain times and no hours at other times, overall hours are inconsistent. There are no benefits. You will get laid off for no reason. Management does not care about you, training is not consistent. Many people get zero days of training before working with angry moms.
