Pros

You get to meet some animals? Sometimes?

Cons

Literally everything. There’s no work life balance. They will schedule exactly 39 hours to make sure you’re still considered part time. They’ll give you a 13 hour double shift and not allow you a break because the hour between shifts is a “break” (it’s not) Expect to be injured from standing for so long without moving. Zero creativity allowed because you got to do it the “CADY way” Sucks the soul out of you.

Sometimes the customers are a bit rude, but my manager was alwasy there to back me up.

Pros

Good management and amazing people felt like family and made some great life long friendships and connections.

Cons

Low commission and not enough to pay for the amount of work they have you do. They also don't hire enough staff and sometimes you are working the desk by yourself for hours and no one is available to help because they are also busy doing another task or they just don't want to help at all and sit in the office rooms.
