      Pros

      The training Cady provides is very insightful. I learned so much from them that I'll be able to take with me through the rest of my photography career.

      Cons

      The amount of responsibility is not matched by the pay. There were many occasions when I was in charge of organizing hundreds of students, with little to no help from the school. Something else to consider is that from March to May you'll only get around 1 shift a week, simply because the schools don't require photos during this time.
