Pay is good when scheduled. Schedule is flexible. Wide range of different duties and learning curves.

Cons

Communication can be poor at times. There are down seasons when there is not much business.

Pros

If you enjoy taking photos then you can do that. Creating is fun and sometimes you can really enjoy the job. There are opportunities to learn and be more creative. like with most things the more you do something the better you become and here you will take ALOT of pictures,

Cons

My primary dislike is they show blatant favoritism. Despite your talent or personality towards clients if management doesn't deem you worthy you most likely will not progress. Management team is young (early middle 20's) Therefore not really experienced enough to properly manage adults. While some are exceptions there are others who got their position though said favoritism.
