Pros

Casual, fun, business oriented environment. Great place for young creatives to start. People are all great in and outside of the office, very collaborative. Learned a lot of computer skills and Adobe Creative cloud skills during just 1 year there.

Cons

Most of the company work is seasonal with little to no work between January to May/June. Pay could and should be a lot better for the amount of work done, they rely on overtime during busy season instead of hiring more people. They make it really hard to become full-time and get any type of benefits or PTO, with hardly any upward movement in the company. HR can be strange at times, company wide meetings have little to no point and often are more branding and flaunting.

Fun and creative environment, creating nice memories for families, easy commission, meet a surprising amount of dogs

Cons

Actively deceive their customers by hiding explicit pricing until the end of their session, over priced product, see families that are sad they can't afford photos of their own child
