Pros

Working here was a fairly good experience. The clients are relatively kind and the work staff is very understanding when you aren’t feeling well. It is a very active environment where you are on your feet all day. Being cross trained is helpful if you want to get into the sales part and work on commission.

Cons

The pay is low in my opinion, considering that most people working there do multiple jobs throughout the day. Being around so many people can get stressful. We were short staffed often, and the company needs a way better maternity leave policy. There’s not much room to move up.

You have the ability to work lots of hours at this position from May-December, but those hours decline in the spring.

Cons

Could be more pay, for the hours worked but it’s fairly reasonable.

The leaders at the top are out of touch with studio life. Or maybe they just don't care?
