Pros

Free photography training, good coworkers, creative freedom, fun and active

Cons

not great administration (schedules get chaotic), most photographers tossed into working before they're properly trained and have to learn on the fly, weren't safe about covid, terrible parents to deal with, can get a bit monotonous, supervisors didn't protect you much from aggressive customers, questionable business schemes for customers

Pros

None! Their management team is half related and half life long friends...you know how that goes...favoritism and unprofessional. Believe EVERYTHING you google about them, it all sounds crazy but it is TRUE.

Cons

Literally everything about them. If my child's school ever tries to switch to Cady I will cause a scene now knowing how they work and treat people.

Working other creative people. Learning how to set up your shoot at any location. Advance knowledge of camera settings. Freedom to express yourself creatively.

Cons

Seasonal hours even for full time employees. Early mornings and late night shifts.
