Pros

It’s a great place to learn how a professional photography studio operates and get experience with different types of equipment and styles of photography. Even upper management is open to feedback and change.

Cons

Starting rate for seasonal part time photographers is only $15/hr. While we do offer a lot of training, and it can be more of an entry level job, it’s a pretty specialized skill for $15.

Pros

As a salesperson, if you can make consistent sales at CADY you can make some alright money. Nothing to write home about, but for a part-time job it can get you by.

Cons

The main issue that nullifies the pro of pay is that their scheduling is wacky, where there are off seasons you basically won't get paid anything during. Get ready to pick up another, or maybe even two, jobs. The culture is also quite weird, where there seemed to be a lot of cattiness about both sales and photography departments.
