Pros

Pay is good when scheduled. Schedule is flexible. Wide range of different duties and learning curves.

Cons

Communication can be poor at times. There are down seasons when there is not much business.

Pros

Working as a presenter is nice as you have the chance to make commission.

Cons

Management ranges anywhere from incompetent to insultingly cold. While I worked for CADY, my availability was time and time again disrespected as I was continuously scheduled on days of the week I had listed as "unavailable." After I was moved to a customer service team, I was taken off the team after asking if I could possibly work remotely, before being terminated altogether. Management has proven they have little compassion for any issues that may arise from employees, and what looks like compassion from management is likely damage control, if not manipulation.

Great staff, and great chance to hone skill for in studio photography

Cons

not paid nearly enough compared to the work being done, the experience the photographers must provide the students and how much they are selling their packages
