      Pros

      cool coworkers, possibly management if they like you, always people to talk to, stays pretty busy

      Cons

      little creativity, management are sticklers for everything, karens, not enough pay for photographers for their ridiculous prices, stand all day on concrete

      Pros

      I had a great group of people to manage, and the bulk of the photographers hired are talented.

      Cons

      - Long, inconsistent hours if you are not salaried - Any weather, you're out there shooting. - Pay was not fair for the amount of work being done - Business model is SO unfair and as a photographer or manager you have to deal with the complaints - The company profits off of photographers' work without the photographer being compensated for said work. The people who "sell" the photo packages end up getting a bonus, but the photographer gets nothing except the hourly rate they are paid.

      Pros

      Beautifully design studio. You're able to see first hand how MUA's and photographers work hand in hand. Every tool you need is provided, or you may request it. Fast paced environment on the weekends, slow during the week. Perfect job for someone looking for more training. The work culture is great at most studios.

      Cons

      I was at a new studio, so I did experience some growing pains with the staff. However, I'm sure everything is better established and organized now. There is no moving up.
