      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with, lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Management is slowly making positive changes to make both employees and schools / families happy.

      Cons

      Processes weren't written down until recently, was always word of mouth or case by case situation. Lots of new employees this year so they're all having to learn the lingo and processes. But that can come with rapid expansion Inconsistent communication across departments at times can catch us off guard

      Pros

      You learn a lot about Photography that you may not be aware of. Working with people that you can be good with. Be creative as you wish.

      Cons

      Scheduling. If your availability is fully open then this is the job to work for. If your availability is limited, it may be hard to get by on that. (Would recommend a second job if needed). Be aware of the slower season because you will most likely work less which can be off putting
