Decent pay if you get enough hours. Co-workers are great and supportive.

Cons

Not many growth opportunities. Not enough hours available during off season. No benefits until you are a lead photographer which can take a while to accomplish. More Seasonal than anything but they don’t tell you that in the beginning.
