You have the ability to work lots of hours at this position from May-December, but those hours decline in the spring.

Cons

Could be more pay, for the hours worked but it’s fairly reasonable.

Pros

CADY has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. My favorite part of the culture is they treat you like a person, not an employee, this was directly said by the CEO at our conference and it is 100% accurate. The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at CADY is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. I’ve met some of the most talented people ever at CADY. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my studios. The Studio environment is very fun, and everyday is different. The hiring and training process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere and I look forward to making a full career at CADY by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

Cons

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. All I can say is if you choose to work in Studio you must work well under pressure and in fast paced environment.
