sometimes your coworkers are really cool and you get to make friends with them. working with some of the clients was great, and made the job worth it.

Cons

they don't schedule well, the hours are long, and you're underpaid for what you do.

Team feels like a tightly knit family. If you can show that you care about the business and do your job well, leadership will put great trust in you - which is an extraordinary feeling. Newly adapted structure with daily meetings with your team to go over the tasks of the day creates accountability and helps keep tasks on track and on time.

Cons

With big growth comes times of great pressure - but if you're up for it, you're given every tool to succeed and help is always there when you need it.

Cons

The company is growing at a fast rate which means you have to be comfortable with the fast pace environment and with wearing multiple hats.
