CADY has developed a unique approach to high school Photography that I find to be an excellent atmosphere for innovation. Photographers who don't have experience with studio work will get good understanding of studio operations.

Cons

Scheduling could be released earlier in the week. Late Saturday / Sunday nights doesn't give photographers enough time to plan for the upcoming week

I absolutely love working for this company. I love what we do and the positive energy I feel every day. If you truly care about your work and are constantly giving your best effort, moving up within the company is a BREEZE. I have also never seen (or heard of) such a present CEO/President. Josh really cares for this company. All in all, CADY could not ask for a better leadership team.

Cons

The company is growing at a ridiculous rate, so was a "Small business" not long ago. Sometimes it still functions as a small business which can be a hindrance to the massive growth any one person could have here. Sometimes a career advancement path is not very clear with all of the moving parts and constantly changing environment. That said, I've seen night and day improvement over the last year, so I truly feel CADY will catch up quickly!
