Business Outlook
Pros
CAE has good health benefits as well as a good PTO policy. The company culture is positive and supportive and pay is good as well. The people are also very friendly.
Cons
The schedule for my project specifically is not great but over the company implements the same schedule for all employees which is a 9/80 work week.
