Pros
With more than 10000 employees, CAE is not a mom and pop shop. Yet, there is not that corporate structure that sucks the oxygen out of the room like you occasionally find in larger organization. Overall, a fun place to work with lots of possibilities to grow.
Cons
CAE never says no to customers: excellent attitude to fuel growth but can tough on employees at times (rare now).
