      There is a lot of opportunities to grow within the company. There are hepful people that encourage you to grow and challenge your self in different areas.

      Cons

      It's very French dominated place. In order to get promoted, you have to be fluently bilingual. The work place can be stressful and there is no job security specially after Covid
