Pros
Very traumatic event for our family. Many years at l3. However after serious concerns we are very impressed at the 3 year mark. We are especially thankful fir allowing financial services to remain at home. No question it increases moral and work quality while saving company millions on building costs. Very common now to find end of year allowing vacation to go versus before making sure it was taken. CEO is impressive. Working more, happier, more quality work getting done. Bottom line only complaint is nit allowing to sell unused vacation and wish 401k offered more and matched more. Can't have everything I guess but thankful to be with them ten years or so out from retirement.

Need to be able to sell back unused vacation. 401k needs more options and a little higher match.
