Management does not stay long term and often switch positions or leave company. Mandatory office presence now increased to 3 days a week which goes back on promise of telework as we demonstrated increased productivity while working remotely during stressful and uncertain times. Flexible vacation plan translates to standsrd vacation like at other companies, except if you work in certain teams where new employees all take 6 weeks of vacation. The stock has fallen to low 24$ range from all time highs during covid due to fixed projects, buying large company stocks (al3Harris defence). We sold healthcare portion of Cae which is a shame as it was a bright side of Cae especially during covid as they set up vaccination clinics and developped ventillators to save lives which brough good public news for Cae.
