Pros

CAE USA current leadership is ex-military and down to earth. The work is always interesting and the opportunity to help keep American defense on top is fulfilling work

Cons

Although MUCH less than other defense companies at the moment (Lockheed is horrible), CAE is starting to let some of the politically driven agenda creep into the work place. Unconscious bias and other logical fallacy, agenda-driven "training" has no place in a company that should be intently focused on defense work.
