Enough time for learning, relax work schedule but sometimes intensive, and good chances travelling all over the world

Cons

Not easy getting promotion, even doing medium level development. The system software infra structure has been built for many years. So, there is not much chance touching them, only focusing on system software minor development and troubleshooting and customer support.
