      Pros

      Great starting position with lots of traveling for new graduates. Many opportunities to learn about different types of aircraft chance to work with some great airlines.

      Cons

      CAE has been cutting everything in the past few years. There is very little employee motivation because incentives to travel and work hard have all been cut and the employee is receiving nothing in return for working smart and working hard

      Pros

      The company provided a variety of projects and good opportunity for internal mobility across teams and departments. Paid overtime (at the time) and excellent benefits. Great colleagues.

      Cons

      High pressure to meet short deadlines. Many overtime hours to complete projects. Witnessed a few cycles of layoffs and followed by rehiring.
