      There are some really great people that work here. A few BAD apples .

      Pros

      Insurance is great, stock option really good. There are a few guys that's really really cool to work with at the Home office. Ian, Ben, Damion just to name a few. If unable to travel was able to work in shop area for a couple of Months.

      Cons

      100% travel, has GPS on your movements thru software. No family oriented. Only home usually 8 days a month. Training Department is Terrible or should I say Trainer is. Upper management doesn't really see everything going on on the Field level. You don't have an input to help the process for the good. Work on the west coast but travel across my territory to east coast for calls when there are calls in my own back yard smh. Lots of turn over.
