Pros

The immediate people you work with are some of the best I've known. Smart and concerned about who you are as a person.

Cons

Lots of technical innovation but not many innovative approaches with management and promotion within the company. Appears to be very little concern with how things are done or understanding of how to do them, just concerned with the results (read: make us money!)...You are left on your own to figure things out, invent software to solve issues (which may have already been solved elsewhere but you'll never know since silos is the operative word...)

Where to start with?? Poor HR management, no flexible timings, employees are slaves especially in the visual team
