Good company and interesting industry but obsolete processes.

Pros

Good compensation scheme and benefits. Work Life balance and interesting industry. No discrimination for minorities, excellent place to meet with peers and customers from cultures all around the world.

Cons

High turnover in some regions and no opportunity for development and carrer progression in others. Processes are complex and bureaucratic, even within the same region and business units. Low investment in training for employees. High potential workers being lost.

The paycheck keeps coming in.

Cons

Basically 24 hour on call 5 days a week. The schedule changes several times each week making it impossible to schedule any activities during the work week. The hours are long, sometimes up to 14 hour days. The work weeks an average of 50 hours plus with plenty of stress, mis- communications and unhappy coworkers and clients.

Great travel opportunities and compensation package. You are provided with everything you need if you work from home.

Cons

Mid-level management are lukewarm at best; many have no supervisory experience at all. Company tends to push product to market before beta testing, or market surveying and spends a lot of time trying to fix engineering issues that could have been identified had product not been pushed to market.
