      Pros

      I make vevry descent money for what my job is. The benefits are very good and the aircraft are very well maintained.

      Cons

      Well I dont like the half salary half hourly thing, it should be salary with overtime but that being said the economy the way it is employers can do those things.

      Employee must be in the bosses pocket if there is any room for advancement within the department. Also, the employer is notorious for rumors.

      CAE is a great place to work. The people that work there are fabulous. The management has really adapted itself and it shows in terms of how much control of the business is given back to the people that can make a difference. The product is incredible, the best simulators in the industry. Other pros would include the flexible hours, the
