      Underappreciated or Acknowledged But the Benefits Are Good

      Pros

      I love working with coworkers I've worked with for years. I love working from home. I love the benefits that come with working for a large company (medical, 401K, wellness days, etc).

      Cons

      Disorganization is constant -- shuffling around people non-stop (my immediate boss is great-- this is outside of her. Laying off quality workers in a constant streak since the end of March. Not being seen or appreciated by CAE at large. We live in our own bubble on my team, and I feel like we're slowly being weeded out, until there's no use for our section anymore.

      Great people to work with, good employee events, great vacation policy, good employee benefits, work-life balance is exceptional.

      Office politics and not a high-paying job.

      sometimes get to fly alot if your lucky. Planes are maintained fairly well

      Cons

      schedule is all over the place, students are pushed hard which causes problems when they need more time, management doesnt really care about the students for their airmanship, just that they can pass all the tests
