A lot of technical stuffs to learn, great technical oppurtunity Good compensation for first year new grad, comparable to banks

Cons

the salary don't raise. While your bank bros are becoming developer II or developer III and earning much more than first year, you are stuck at the same title and earnings. Your moral plumet, as you are doing much more difficult work and still lving on paychecks. A layoff every quater. Frequent campain for centriade donation. TF, I am barely saving up and you guys are asking for donation.
