Pros

It is a job if you can find nothing else.

Cons

In the current market they will hire almost anyone that applies. I worked at Bombardier and we were bought out by CAE. I chose to go fly full-time and although I had 200 hours of vacation they chose to pay me only 80. The vacation was clearly noted on pay stubs but that did not matter. Also, on my last paycheck they chose not to abide by my 401k contribution. This type of experience is CAE in a nutshell. They just don't treat their employees well and seem to go out of their way to find ways to do that.

Employee friendly, don’t micromanage day-to-day work. Family oriented and they mean it. Easy to take time off, use vacation days. Good pay for the work.

Cons

Low manning, but limited affect on workload.
