Decent salary for experienced professionals, ability to work from home part or full time, 401k match, Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Cons

Benefits lag defense industry standard; starting PTO is only 80 hours and it takes 5 years to achieve 40 hour increments. No paid parental leave. Disability insurance takes 1 week to kick in and only lasts 6 weeks at 67%...no ability to plus up to 100%.
