Pros
Not a high pressure environment. Low key mom and pop type IT consulting company with a decent customer base. One of the few IT consulting firms that doesn't require a lot of travel.
Cons
Advancement and compensation are based on who your friends are instead of merit. They sometimes think they are IBM (some refer to this as IBM's graveyard) or some other Fortune 500 company.
